About Us
Association Point provides interactive websites to homeowner association (HOA) communities to improve communications amongst homeowners, board members, and property managers. We believe this internet tool will allow you to communicate more effectively within the confines of your association and at the same time reduce communication costs for your community.

As a homeowner and an ex-board member of a 156 unit condominium community, I can relate to some of the challenges faced by homeowners and board members. I started Association Point with one goal in mind: to help improve communication amongst homeowners, board members, and property managers. After working with several board members and property managers, I have designed an interactive website for homeowner associations that will help improve communication within the community. Homeowner Connect is a personalized online community for homeowner associations which allows homeowners and property managers to access community information e.g. news & announcements, events, homeowner documents, meeting minutes, homeowner directory, classifieds, discussions, unit listings, service requests, etc. Board members and property managers can easily update any information on the website through the administration tool. Additionally, all features can be customized with specific security to allow selected groups of uses access to these features.
