Association Point provides interactive websites to homeowner association (HOA)
communities to improve communications amongst homeowners, board members,
and property managers. We believe this internet tool will allow you to
communicate more effectively within the confines of your association and at the
same time reduce communication costs for your community.
Each community website is password protected and offers multiple levels of
security for guests, renters, homeowners, board members, and property
managers. Board members will be able to set up news & announcements,
events, frequently asked questions, homeowner documents, task, and other
community specific information in a central location. Residents will be able to
access this information online at their convenience, update their contact
information, and submit service requests to property managers. Board members
will have access to all resident and vendor contact information and will also
be able to send emails to renters and homeowners from the website.
